Fewcents ( was founded in 2020 with a clear mission —to unbundle premium content and make it easily monetizable in multiple currencies so that digital publishers can focus their efforts on writing enriching and authentic stories. We raised seed funding in 2021 and we are ready to go out and change the way people consume media on a global scale.

We have a market-leading paywall and digital wallet solution that allows users to pay small amounts of money and unlock premium content (text, audio, or video) without having to buy subscriptions with each digital publisher. We help digital publishers unbundle and monetize premium content with pay-per-article. Fewcents provides service in 50 currencies without any fixed fees.

We are looking for a driven Onboarding and Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team to help us grow. This is an exciting opportunity based in Singapore to be part of a fast-growing Fintech-for-Media start-up. You will gain insight and great experience into an internet start-up, experience life as an entrepreneur, and get involved in all aspects of the company’s growth marketing and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to communicate well, manage both external & internal stakeholders, take ownership in any tasks given and enjoy a good challenge.

You will be responsible for:

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Willing to learn and have a growth mindset.
  • Independent, able to get things done without constant supervision.
