Job Description:

We are looking for action-driven Product Marketer with a strong track record in B2B customer acquisition with strong knowledge of content creation to join our marketing team to help us drive acquisitions, pipeline, and revenue! This role is ideal for someone looking  to work closely with the founding team and get a front-row seat in a fast-growing Fintech-for-Media start-up. You will gain insight and great experience into an internet start-up, experience life as an entrepreneur, and get involved in all aspects of the company’s growth marketing and demand generation efforts. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products/services in ways that will strengthen and grow our brand.

The ideal candidate is someone who not only executes campaigns but knows how to make it work when the results are going south from a particular channel; who loves to experiment and keep tabs on the performance data across channels to change/modify the strategy whenever required efficiently. We value ingenuity, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking, and we expect to walk the path to our goals with like-minded individuals. You will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will be able to display the following:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Digital/Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Background in content and copywriting is a requirement.
  • Flair and passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data.
  • Excellent and strong project management and internal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and know how to analyze data.
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns).
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Webflow/Wordpress is an advantage.
  • Experience with web tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, WordPress or Webflow) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Founder mentality and creative thinker.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Solid understanding of media mix, social media marketing, digital marketing and CRM concepts.
  • A skillful communicator who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Fast learner who thrives on continuous learning and taking on new challenge.
  • Ownership (this is key!). This means not only executing what you can control but coming up with solutions to influence the outcome of what is not in your direct control.
  • Proactive, hungry, and self-motivated work style.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
