Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Senior Performance Marketing Associate with a strong track record in B2B customer acquisition to join our marketing team to help us drive acquisitions, pipeline, and revenue! This is an exciting opportunity based in Singapore or India to be part of a fast-growing Fintech-for-Media start-up.

You will gain insight and great experience into an internet start-up, experience life as an entrepreneur, and get involved in all aspects of the company’s growth marketing and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who not only executes campaigns but knows how to make it work when the results are going south from a particular channel; who loves to experiment and keep tabs on the performance data across channels to change/modify the strategy whenever required efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will be able to display the following:

  • 2-4 years of experience in running multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital marketing, growth marketing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ad platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads including the ability to build, execute, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on different platforms.
  • Ability to do research using tools like Google Analytics, ahref, SEMrush, Linkedin, Facebook.
  • Ambitious with a growth mindset, and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and test hypotheses.
