Job Description:

Our paywall and tipping solutions are embedded directly on the publishers’ website, which is also where most users will discover us for the first time.  This makes building a quality publisher network crucial to the company’s success.  
As a Technical Account Manager, your primary responsibility would be to onboard publishers by owning the technical integrations, and own any technical needs from them by becoming a bridge to the tech and product teams. You must have excellent communication skills to interact with external publisher teams and internal stakeholders. You will actively shape the business with your technical expertise, customer focus and passion for selling innovative solutions.



  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience for all accounts, by setting expectations and anticipating and resolving client technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience with frontend technologies and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with understanding of databases and API would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ownership (this is key!). This means not only executing what you can control but coming up with solutions to influence the outcome of what is not in your direct control.
  • Proactive, hungry, and self-motivated work style.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative thinker.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
