Sales Development Representatives (Singapore and USA)
Few¢ents (www.fewcents.co) was founded in 2020 with a clear mission —to unbundle premium content and make it easily monetizable in multiple currencies so that digital publishers can focus their efforts on writing enriching and authentic stories. We raised seed funding in 2021 and we are ready to go out and change the way people consume media at global scale.
We have a market-leading paywall and digital wallet solution that allows users to pay small amounts of money and unlock premium content (text, audio, or video) without having to buy subscriptions with each digital publisher.
This role is a key role in the commercial team and a key driver of Fewcents’ overall business growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with marketing and sales, bridging the gap between marketing and sales and bring more senior decision makers into the top of the funnel - including generating new leads for the sales team executing the overall Go-to-Market strategy working closely with marketing and hustling with cold reach outs at scale.
Generate new qualified leads for the sales team;
Set up discovery call appointments for sales team with new leads;
Research new markets, industry verticals and prospects;
Qualifying MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) who have visited our website, attended a webinar, consumed blog content or similar, into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
Build email lists of target point-of-contacts for content marketing;
Generate interest from senior decision makers in publishing industry;
Participate in communities across social media to attract top content creators (bloggers, podcasters, video channel owners);
Work closely with the sales team in executing overall go-to-market strategy for key markets, including USA, Canada, UK, India, Australia, Singapore;
2-3 years of experience in sales development;
Hustler who is hungry for success and resilient to face rejections;
Highly organized, process oriented and detail oriented;
Ability to handle quantitative volume work – including building large email lists, sending many messages, handle a large amount of leads, etc;
Prior experience in managing large amounts of data in Google Sheets or CRM systems;
Performance driven and results-oriented;
Curious, always learning, and team player.
